Delivery

Standard shipping: Within 2-9 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding official public holidays).

You will receive an email containing tracking details when your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Delivery time frames are a guideline and subject to any unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond POMM’s reasonable control.

POMM reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that are destined for delivery to known freight forwarding addresses.

 

Refunds & Returns Policy

Should you make an error when ordering online, POMM will gladly refund your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
